Initial assessment
Our head nurse contacts you and assesses the patient's needs at home or from the hospital discharge report.
Care plan & approval
We prepare the medical recommendation and care plan, and follow up the insurance approval (Thiqa / Daman) on your behalf.
Care starts, with follow-up
The assigned team follows the plan under the head nurse's supervision, and every visit is documented in the electronic medical record.
